We understand that sometimes life happens, and you need to change your upcoming appointment. We value your business and appreciate your communication.
NO-SHOW POLICY: No-show, no-call appointments (when a client misses their appointment & does not call or message us to let us know they need to cancel) will be assessed a 100% booking service fee for missing their scheduled service. Please be courteous of our time & let us know if your plans or needs have changed. Repeated no-shows & late cancellations will be required to submit full payment upfront at the time of booking to create their reservation on my schedule.
